Service Agreement

Clause 1 – Pro Piano Tuner

  1. Provide clients with piano tuning and maintenance services to the best of their capability.
  2. Provide pre/after tuning assessment to inform clients about possible scenario that might arise depending on the condition and status of their piano before tuning.
  3. After tuning is completed, Pro Piano Tuner will require the client, or a representative of the client to test the piano. If there are adjustments required by the client, it shall be done during this time.
  4. When all adjustments has been made, Pro Piano Tuner is deemed to have completed its services for this transaction.
  5. Pro Piano Tuner is not liable for any breakages during the piano tuning process due to wear and tear.

Clause 2 – Client

  1. Agrees to the terms provided in “Clause 1” of this Service Agreement.
  2. Agrees/Accepts/Acknowledges the pre/after tuning assessments given by Pro Piano Tuner of possible scenarios that might arise depending on the condition and status of their piano before tuning.
  3. Agrees to test the piano, or provide a representative to test the piano immediately after piano tuning is completed and that any further adjustments required shall be done during this time.
  4. Agrees that when all adjustments has been made, Pro Piano Tuner is deemed to have completed its services for this transaction.
  5. Agrees and acknowledges that Pro Piano Tuner is not liable for any breakages during the piano tuning process due to wear and tear.

Clause 3 – Cancellation

  1. If the Client wishes not to continue with the piano tuning service after hearing the pre tuning assessment from Pro Piano Tuner of possible scenarios that might arise depending on the condition and status of their piano before tuning, the Client is required to pay Pro Piano Tuner 50% of the total piano tuning cost agreed between both parties.

Clause 4 – International Services

  1. The Client agrees to pay Pro Piano Tuner 50% of the total “Price Quote” in advance and pay the remaining balance in Thai Baht or US Dollars, immediately after the piano tuning service is competed.
  2. The client agrees that the 50% advance fee, is NON-Refundable. Also in the event that the client wishes to cancel the service after advance payment has been made.
  3. Tuning appointment will be finalized after confirmed receipt of the 50% advance fee.
